Whatever it is, I am sure you can discuss the matter in person and resolve in a friendly way. Both of you are working towards achieving goals for the same company. Raw Material list for MDR preparation is attached herewith. Please prepare MDR accordingly so that we can complete the process by Dec’13 end! Signed copy and related Document is already forwarded to you.
Please find the raw and packing materials stock report in the attached file. For raw materials the physical stock is given in the separate column.
Please check the attached and confirm us if any other change is required in MDR No 10 only. Two rates of Materials (Dienogest & Neotame) are unknown and given for quantity disposition. MDR No 11 is under preparation. If price of Dienogest & Neotame are not available, it means these materials are with zero price in book. So, it can be taken with Zero value in MDR!
For another two material, Flucloxacillin Sodium Micronised (1.9kg) and Paracetamol (50kg), equivalent quantity will be adjusted in Next PO as confirmed by Commercial manager! So, you have to give zero value in MDR.
