Final Updated Document for TO-BE processes

Please note that the deadline for submitting sign offs for the To Be Process Documents, Reports & Gap Analysis is 11^th November, 2012, which were emailed to you on the 6^th November, 2012 with subject “FW: Final Updated Document for TO-BE processes, Reports, Gaps and Issue Register”. Please arrange the printouts for the BPOs/ HODs for signoffs. Should you have any query, please feel free to contact me. 

Please note that you are requested to be present along with your designated super users in the Project room  for the formal sign offs of the To Be process documents. The time for sign offs are between 3:30PM – 5:00PM.

Please have the documents (whole workbook) printed out to facilitate the activities. 

We have received Data Master Files from Potent and General Plants on 09.11.12 & 10.11.12. We are working on it to consolidate all files. Though there is a doubt that some of the information might be missing from General Plant part. We have already shown our concern to the designated personnel in this regard and waiting to get an update from them. Hopefully we will be able to send you the file by 14.11.12.
